Terms of Use

These terms cover the Fairlight Housekeeping website. The pages describe our apartment and office cleaning, our plans, and how to book a visit in Auckland. Using the site means you agree to read the care notes before sending a booking. A form submission is a request, not a confirmed visit, until we reply with a window.

Site use

1. You may use the site to read about our housekeeping work and to send a booking for a home or office.
2. Content should not be copied, republished, or presented as another cleaning brand without permission.
3. Submissions through the contact form do not guarantee a visit hold, rate change, or confirmed booking.
4. The site provides cleaning information and does not sell unrelated retail or household goods.

Visit details

Service lists and rates show what we offer at the time they are posted. Times can change when the round is busy or access is delayed. You remain responsible for keys, alarms, pets, and any items you prefer we do not move. If a room is locked, we skip it and do not charge for work we could not reach.

Third-party names

When a page mentions a product, landmark, or nearby suburb, those names belong to their respective owners. Fairlight Housekeeping is not presented as a partner of those owners.
