How we work
We arrive in a booked window, clean the listed rooms, and lock up as you arranged.
This is how a visit works from our Ellerslie studio: access, the clean, and lock-up. No homework list, just the steps we take on site. You can wait at home or leave us to finish, as long as keys, alarm codes, and parking notes are clear on the booking. If a room cannot be reached, we skip it, write it on the visit card, and do not charge for work we could not do.
When we get there
- Access: we use the lockbox, neighbour, or door code you booked, then confirm the rooms before we start.
- Kitchen and bathroom work: if you booked extras such as ovens or inside windows, we do those after the regular surfaces so the window stays honest.
- More than one property: for a small round, we stagger windows and leave a short note at each address when we finish.
- Rate and hours: we confirm the card rate and the time we can finish before we start, including any extra rooms.
What happens on site
Each visit is a job in your home or office, not a ranked shine list. We follow the room order on the card, work around pets that stay on site, and leave jewellery, cash, and fragile collections untouched unless you asked us in writing to move them. If parking is tight on your street, add a note so the team can arrive without blocking a driveway.

After-work windows
Weekday evening office rounds if a slot is free. Call first if you need a set time after 16:30.
What we use
Cloths, vacuum, mop, and bathroom products. We will say if extra dust or pet hair needs a longer window.
What we will and will not claim
We clean the home or office you book. Results depend on the rooms, the soil, and the visit you booked. A regular tidy will not match a full move-out reset, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a listed task cannot be done because of access, wet paint, or a locked cupboard, we say so on the day.
