House cleaning
Regular house cleans, office tidies, deep resets, and small-property rounds.
This is the work we do at Fairlight Housekeeping. Pick a visit for your home or workplace, then book a window from our Ellerslie studio. Recurring clients keep a written room list; one-off visits are quoted from the rooms, access notes, and extra tasks you want done that day. If you manage more than one property, we can stagger visits across the week rather than trying to finish everything in a single morning.
What we clean
What you get with each visit
We do not treat every property the same. The list below is what we actually do once your home or office is on the round. Recurring visits follow the same path through rooms unless you ask us to add a garage, an office nook, or inside appliances. If a cupboard is locked or a room is in use, we skip it, note it, and do not charge for work we could not reach.
- When we arrive We use the access method you booked, confirm the room list, then start with kitchens and bathrooms unless you asked us to begin elsewhere.
- What stays on every house tidy Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen surfaces, and bathrooms unless you booked office-only work.
- When another visit fits better Larger homes, heavy dust, and move-outs may need a longer window than a regular weekday tidy.
- What can change on the day Traffic, extra mess, and a locked room can move a finish time slightly, and we will tell you if that happens.
How to book a visit
- Tell us the property size, whether you want extra bathrooms or office work, and a window that suits you.
- We match that to a regular house tidy, a deep reset, an office round, or a multi-property plan.
- We set a realistic window instead of squeezing every home into the same two-hour slot.
- We confirm the rate and any extras before we start, including ovens, inside windows, or a garage sweep.
