Privacy Notice
Fairlight Housekeeping runs this website for our Ellerslie housekeeping studio, home and office bookings, and contact details. This policy explains what information may be collected when someone uses the site. We use booking details only to reply, set a visit window, and keep a simple record of access notes you send us. We do not sell those details, and we do not use them to invent discounts or ranking claims.

How information is used
Booking messages are used to reply and to set a visit window. Access is limited to staff who handle the form and the hosting setup. Alarm codes and lockbox numbers are treated as operational notes for the booked visit, not as marketing data. If you ask us to delete a message after the visit, we will do so unless we still need a short record for a disputed booking.
Data retention
Request records should be retained only as long as needed for booking support, visit adjustments, or reasonable operational records. Recurring clients may keep a standing room list until they ask us to pause or close the plan. We do not keep payment card numbers on this website.
