Cleaning rates
The rate we quote is for listed rooms, a property size, and a time window on the round.
We set rates by home or office size, what is included, and how busy the week is. Call or use the form if you want a figure for your property. Recurring visits are usually quoted as a standing window; one-off deep cleans are quoted separately so a two-hour tidy is not stretched across a whole house that needed a full morning. Photos of kitchens and bathrooms help us set a realistic number without a site visit.
What the rate covers
Property size
Studio, apartment, family home, or small office. Extra bathrooms and garages take a longer window.
What is included
Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchens, and bathrooms on a regular house tidy. Office work is listed separately.
Time of week
Tuesday mornings are usually quieter. Saturday windows fill first and may need a booking ahead.
Extra rooms
Ovens, fridge interiors, and inside windows add time. We quote that before we start.

How we quote
A rate without the property size and the rooms is not a quote. This is how we keep the card honest. We would rather send a follow-up question than invent a number that will not cover the visit. Recurring clients keep the same rate until rooms or hours change, and we will say so before the next window if that happens.
