Cleaning plans

Set plans that combine house cleaning and office work in one booked window.

Each plan is a job we do in the home or workplace, with a listed window and rate. Tell us the property when you book so we can put it on the right round. Weekly, fortnightly, and monthly house cleans sit alongside one-off visits for move-outs, guest arrivals, and spring resets. Office plans can run on a weekday evening or a quiet Saturday morning. If a public holiday falls on your usual slot, we will offer the nearest available window instead of assuming you still want that date.

Plan menu

Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchens, and bathrooms on a repeating weekday or Saturday window. This is our standard house plan for apartments and family homes that want the same checklist each visit. You can pause it while you travel and resume on the next free slot after you return.

A longer visit for extra bathrooms, inside ovens, fridge shelves, and detailed skirting. Add it to a regular plan or book it on its own before tenants change or guests arrive. We quote the extra hours before we start so the window is not guessed on the doorstep.

After-hours desk wipe-downs, meeting rooms, shared kitchens, and bathrooms for small workplaces. We quote this before the first evening and keep the same path through the office on later rounds. Access notes, alarm codes, and parking should be confirmed before that first visit.

Two or more homes or offices in one booking week. We stagger windows and give you a finish time for each address, rather than promising every property on the same morning. Property managers can send a simple room list for each site so the team does not guess on arrival.

What a plan includes

The name on the card is not the whole job. Two plans can share kitchens and bathrooms while taking different time in the home. A fortnightly tidy is shorter than a move-out reset, even when both visits cover the same rooms. We write the extras on the card so oven interiors, inside windows, or a garage sweep are never assumed.

Time in the home

A weekday tidy, a Saturday plan, an evening office round, or a longer deep reset after travel or renovation dust.

The property

Apartment, house, or small office. Size, pets, and extra bathrooms decide which window we set.

How you book

One address, a pair of properties, a first visit, or a regular weekday slot that repeats until you pause it.

Pick the plan, then book the window.

Choose the plan that matches the work you want in the home or office, then look at the house cleaning list if you need a single visit instead. Recurring clients can keep a standing slot; one-off visits sit around those hours so we do not overfill a morning. Send photos if the property is larger than a typical two-bedroom apartment so we can quote honestly.
