Book & studio

Book a house clean, ask about an office plan, or change a window you already have.

Use the form for a home visit, a workplace round, or a question about extras. Tell us the property, the rooms, and a time that works. Photos of kitchens and bathrooms help us set a realistic window. If keys sit in a lockbox or with a neighbour, write that in the same message so the first visit does not stall at the door. Recurring clients can use this page to pause, move, or add a one-off deep clean around a standing slot.

Studio contact

Call or email if you want a window before you send the form.

A short message with the property type, the rooms, and a phone number is enough for us to reply. We usually confirm standing slots first, then fill remaining hours with one-off visits. If you need the same week, say so in the first line so we can check the round before offering a later date.

Address
Suite 3, 37 Wilkinson Road, Ellerslie, Auckland 1060, New Zealand
Usual reply window
Same working day if you write before 14:00, Tuesday–Saturday, 07:45–18:15.

What to include

  • A window that suits you and the property we will clean (apartment, house, or small office), including suburb and parking notes.
  • Whether you want extra bathrooms, inside ovens, or after-hours office work, plus any access note (lockbox, neighbour, alarm).
  • If you will be late, or if the home has heavy dust, pet hair, or a recent renovation mess that needs a longer visit.
  • A short note on the rooms you want us to cover, and whether pets or children will be on site during the visit.

Changing a booking

We look at the hours and the round list. We may keep the window, offer another slot, or say we cannot move it. Please write at least one working day ahead when you can, so the team is not already travelling to your street. Same-day moves are only possible if another property on that round has also changed.

Book a clean

We will show a status here after you send the form, then reply by email or phone with a window if one is free.

What happens next

  1. We read it: we check the hours, the property type, and whether there is enough detail on rooms, access, and pets.
  2. We match a round: we look at the plan list and which windows are free near your suburb.
  3. We reply: we confirm the window, ask a follow-up, or say we cannot take that slot this week.
